Eco Future / Saadiyat Cultural District, AUH

Eco Future is a family focused interactive exhibition that allows visitors to glimpse into the future, exploring how we as a species would survive on a changing planet. The brief was to localize four main characters to the region; to develop and create personalities with whom the locals and expats residing in the UAE could relate. Yas, Moza, Ali and Sara were created to guide visitors through the exhibition.

Explore, dine, shop and play

Visitors were able to explore new places to find water for a future city, eat together and trade food for dinner, explore shopping in the future, check out new vehicle technologies in a racing game and even design their own future home in Abu Dhabi.

Inspired by future plans & projects

The Eco Future exhibition was developed in close collaboration with Abu Dhabi entities including: Masdar, Abu Dhabi Education Council, Urban Planning Council, Environment agency Abu Dhabi, The Imperial College of London Diabetes Centre, Emirates Wildlife Society & Tourism Development Company.
